Order 3 is still open, due to school and other issues beyond our control. We will reply to e-mails and comments as soon as possible, but right now we are unable to do these things in a timely manner. We’re sorry for the issues, and understand if you wish to cancel your orders.

Due to customer response, we will be continuing our business in 2010, though with a few changes.

First off, I am very sorry about the extensive delay on responding to messages. There have been several large problems with health, family, and other things, all of which have made it very difficult for me to keep up with invoices and the business in general.

In order to keep CandyOps running in 2010, we are putting several new practices into place. All orders will be open 2.5 months, and we will no longer be accepting orders for Toric or EOS lenses. Invoices will be processed once a week, at the very least. Shipping will be slightly higher due to the costs of packaging. We will post our order form to the supplier before sending it out for our customers to check, so we are certain that all lenses that are supposed to be in the order are there.

If you are still in need of a refund, please contact us with REFUND as the title of your message, and include the transaction number.

Order Three will be closing on February 28.

If you still wish to order lenses, simply respond to the invoice we have sent. If you do not, please respond to our e-mail to let us know. We understand that we have fallen behind on our customer service, and we sincerely apologize for our failings.
