Due to customer response, we will be continuing our business in 2010, though with a few changes.
First off, I am very sorry about the extensive delay on responding to messages. There have been several large problems with health, family, and other things, all of which have made it very difficult for me to keep up with invoices and the business in general.
In order to keep CandyOps running in 2010, we are putting several new practices into place. All orders will be open 2.5 months, and we will no longer be accepting orders for Toric or EOS lenses. Invoices will be processed once a week, at the very least. Shipping will be slightly higher due to the costs of packaging. We will post our order form to the supplier before sending it out for our customers to check, so we are certain that all lenses that are supposed to be in the order are there.
If you are still in need of a refund, please contact us with REFUND as the title of your message, and include the transaction number.
Order Three will be closing on February 28.
If you still wish to order lenses, simply respond to the invoice we have sent. If you do not, please respond to our e-mail to let us know. We understand that we have fallen behind on our customer service, and we sincerely apologize for our failings.

PS; We are still on holiday, and therefore have inconsistent computer access. Refunds will be processed when we have access to a computer with a secure connection so we can use PayPal.
How much is basic shipping now? How many lens can fit into an envelope at the $5 flat rate?
Without tracking, shipping in the US is $5.00. With tracking, it’s $7.00. We can also add insurance for an additional $3.00.
We can fit about six pairs into an envelope.
Would the SF-20 and BS-202 still be available for order 3 or are those part of the lenses you no longer accept orders for? Thanks in advance!
As long as they are GEO and non-astigmatism lenses, they are available in order 3.
we can still order prescripted lenses right?
Yes, just not astigmatism, or “toric”, lenses.
I sent you a payment for my order a full month ago- haven’t received anything or any response! What is going on!? where are my contact lenses!!!!
Your lenses were PREORDER lenses. They will be ordered with the PREORDER, which is going to be placed FEBRUARY 28, as stated on the preorder page and the main page.
This is also stated in this post: “Order Three will close on February 28.”
*facepalm* boy am I a tool. Sorry about the lack of attention- I was confused with the dates of the orders and the pre vs in stock differences.
