Reopening in May

To begin, I am very sorry with the lack of communication and issues that have been going on. We will be organizing at least two orders this summer, and we have finally found a supplier who will sell us EOS lenses without a Minimum Order of 3000 lenses. This means we can get the lenses faster, and you all will not have to wait for half a year to get them.

We are working on getting refunds to customers who need them. A conflict between myself and my parents has resulted in the money intended for the order being confiscated from my account, and I am working to amend the issue.

More information is coming soon regarding the next order. In the meantime, we will slowly be sending out messages to customers who have ordered asking if they still would like to be in Order 3.

Thank you for your business, and I apologize sincerely for all of the trouble that we have had over the last year.

  1. I ordered a pair of lenses a couple months ago, and as excited as I am to receive them, I run a small business of sorts myself so I know about the troubles that can arise from it and totally understand the delays. I’ll still be recommending you to my friends when I do get them :}

    I would very much like my refund please. You said you would give me at least a partial refund but I haven’t received it. I know you are a student and you have said you have no job nor money. I understand, as I am also a jobless student. So please understand that I need my money back as I’m in the same situation as you.

    The lens I ordered are all in-stock, so you should have had them. If you have other some other in-stock lens, please let me know, I can maybe take those instead. You said they may be replaced in the next stock order when you reopen in May; it is now June. However with your recent record of no shipment, refund, or reopening, and an extended reply period, I would prefer my money back.

    This is my second purchase from you. The first transaction went very smoothly thus I reordered. and waited 4 months. That is a very long time to wait for an order. I think I have been very patient. Please reply soon.
