What kinds of payment do you accept?

PayPal, Debit card, credit card, money order, and concealed cash. We have no liability for concealed cash or money orders while they are in the mail; if we do not receive your money, we will not add your lenses to an order.

Is shipping an additional $5.00/$11.00/$15.00 for every pair?

No. Shipping is flat rate until we can’t fit any more lenses into the envelope.

Are these lenses authentic?

Yes. GEO lenses all come with authenticity stickers, and all other lens brands are ordered directly from the manufacturers.

When does X order close?

We can’t place any preorder until there are enough people who have paid to cover the cost of the order. For instance, GEO only requires 50 pairs in an order, but EOS requires 1500. We will get you your lenses, but the only way we can make it happen faster is if you spread the word about our order so we can fill it more expediently.

Please understand that CandyOps is run by a full time college student. We will take care of your questions, comments, concerns, and orders as soon as physically possible, but sometimes school takes priority. If we take more than a week to contact you in return, and have not updated our Twitter with a reason why we are behind, you have full permission to flip some tables and post as many comments as you would like. Before that, however, please be patient, because excess comments make it harder for us to serve all of our customers in an organized manner.

We make an effort to keep our in-stock list updated so we can serve you well. Please look through the list before asking if a lens is in-stock.
