Terms of Service

By placing an order with CandyOps, you agree to the following terms of service:

☆ It will take 3-5 weeks from the date of our order placement to the supplier for your lenses to arrive at your door. There are delays we can’t control, and your patience is absolutely necessary for our success. You will be supplied the tracking number of the batch order on the home page, and your individual tracking number when we ship out your order.

☆ You cannot retract any order once you have paid. Payment is due before the group order is placed, or your order will not be included in that preorder.

☆ Since each monitor has different color settings, we must ask that you do not expect the actual colors of the contact lenses to be exactly those on your screen.

☆ The status of each batch order can be followed on their respective pages.

☆ All packages are packed with utmost care, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in the shipping process. You can purchase insurance at additional cost, if extra care is desired.

☆ We cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise. Please take care of your lenses!

☆ We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notification.

☆ If a certain prescription is not available, we may have to change your prescription within a 0.25 range, or from -0.25 or -0.50 to plano.

In-stock lenses are on a first-paid, first-serve basis.

☆ We accept Paypal in USD only.

☆ Feel free to contact us politely for any questions, comments or concerns.

      Returns are only accepted if we have made an error on an order. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns due to the health risks involved.

    I would like to pay for your in-stock item via money order however, I feel it’s best safe measure to contact you beforehand. I was not able to find an e-mail address associated to this so I leave this reply here. I believe it may work out for your business if you allow money order payments on in-stock items. Please reply to me via e-mail, thank you. I am sincerely interested in purchasing a lens you have in-stock.

      Shipping is $5.00 within the United States, $11.00 to Canada, and $15.00 elsewhere. Lens cases are not included, because such freebies would force us to raise our prices.
